Update a filter job in Inspect

Use the Keywords panel to update a filter job.

To update a filter job, complete the following steps.

  1. In the Main Menu, select Analyze>Inspect and then Keywords.

  2. In the KEYWORDS pane, select a filter job.

  3. In the Keywords panel, use the Search Hit table to modify keywords as needed.

    • To add a keyword, in the input box above the table, enter a keyword and then click Add. The added keyword appears in the table.

    • To edit an existing keyword, in Search Term, click the keyword, update it, and press Enter.

    • To delete a keyword, click Delete Keyword .

  4. Click Refresh Filter, and in the Refresh Filter dialog box, do one of the following.

    • If you want to update the filter job template with your changes, click Confirm.

    • If you want to create a new filter job template, do the following.

      1. Uncheck Update filter Job template with keyword modifications, and then click Confirm.

      2. In the Create New Template dialog box, in Filter Template Name, enter a name for the template, and then click Create.

  5. You can view the status of the filter job update in the Jobs Overview page and the JOBS page in Inspect.

  6. When the filter update job completes, the Keyword Search Hit table displays the updated search hit counts. As needed, in the KEYWORDS pane, click the Refresh icon to update the hits.
